Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

•⁠ ⁠Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via the contact information provided at checkout.

•⁠ ⁠Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery to remote or certain pin codes may take additional time.
•⁠ ⁠Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking information. You can use it to follow your package until delivery.

Trivora Jewels will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts.

We take great care while packing your jewellery. However, if your package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it if possible and contact us immediately.

For any damage or issue with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos of the unboxing the package and product.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur. If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

At present, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
